How does the membership process work?

First, you select which type of membership payment plan you wish to have. We have two: Monthly and Annual. Payment is processed through Paypal.com. After successful payment, you would need to wait until Paypal redirects you to a registration page.

The registration page is a very important last step wherein you would assign yourself a username and password, as well as enter other relevant details such as name and email address submitted via a registration form. Once you’ve made the submission, you would be automatically be redirected to the WPPI Members Area.

How do I login to the members area?

Click on the WPPI Chicks Login tab from the website’s main menu.

I lost my password. What do I do?

You can generate a TEMPORARY PASSWORD by clicking on the “lost password” link found in the login page. You will be asked for your username or email (one you used when you registered). Your temporary password will be emailed to you. You can use this temporary password only once. Use that time to go into your account details page (found within your member information box in the members area) and change the password into something more familiar.

What do I expect to find inside the members area?

As promised in the list of benefits, members can enjoy private downloads (PDFs, MP3s, videos, etc) as well as discount codes (up to 15% off) for WPPI products or classes. During the course of the year, new material and discounts will constantly be added into this area for members to benefit from.

What happens when my membership is expired?

For monthly subscribers, there is no expiration date and membership will continue until such time when you wish to cancel your membership, at which point, you won’t be able to access the private WPPI Chick members area and will also be removed from any private groups that the WPPI Chick membership offers.

For those who paid for the whole year, you will only have access to the WPPI Chick members area as well as any private groups thereof for (12) twelve months. Billing however, is automatic, so until such time when your credit card on file has been automatically billed anew for the next year, your access in the WPPI Chick members area will continue.

What if I don’t want to renew my membership for the next year?

Since payments for the annual membership fee is automatically debited from the credit card or payment method you have chosen, we will be sending you email reminders regarding this fact as the 12th month of your membership period comes near. Once you receive these email reminders, and wish to not renew for membership, please let us know in advance by writing to KB@awakeningslifecoaching.com so we may prevent any inconveniences of your card being automatically charged for the next year’s annual membership. Your access to the WPPI Chick members area will remain in effect until the full year has been reached, afterwards, your details will be removed from the system as well as from related WPPI Chick private groups.

Is it possible to cancel my annual membership and convert instead to a monthly subscription?

Absolutely. We would advise however, to let the full annual membership to run its course before subscribing to the monthly subscription. For this, we only request that an email be sent to KB@awakeningslifecoaching.com for this particular request. Your access to the members area and related private groups under WPPI Chicks will remain the same.
