A Week long Retreat near the Pocono’s Mountains at the beginnings of spring!
This sacred space is a place we are compelled to return to over and over again! It is breathtakingly beautiful; you will experience the power of the Sacred Spirit here. Staying in a mansion located in the gorgeous and lush foothills of the Pocono Mountains along the Delaware River in Mt. Bethel, Pennsylvania (approximately 1-1/2 hours from New York City and Philadelphia).

Your writers retreat will be hosted by author and WPPI Founder Kathryn Bonner – Igniter of Faith, Visions and Dreams along with Marykay Moore – Igniter of Spiritual Growth also from the WPPI team!
Many of us at Women Of Passionate Purpose International hold a variety of large as well as smaller intimate retreats.
There are many types and themes you can choose from, all varied according to the needs of your group.

WRITING RETREATS
For those who are experienced in the writing field, to novices, those who love to journal, write poetry, or are writing books. These writing retreats are a holy and sacred space for you to truly retreat and be with the Lord as you take the time to be intentional as well as be set free from time constraints, allowing for the creative flow to occur. The setting for this retreat is peace, quiet, hiking, walking, butterflies, trees, nature, flowing water… This is a place you might like to make as an annual journey for your writing experience.
IN THE POTTER HANDS: Kathryn Bonner & Marykay Moore both do retreats around this.
The Lord Speaks, inviting us to go on a journey. He calls us to Himself, asking us to “Come to the Potter’s House.” Are you ready to journey there? Are you ready to take some time to enter in His house, and become transformed in His hands? Kathryn and Marykay reveals SO much about this passage in Jeremiah 18:1-5. “DISCOVERING GOD… AGAIN AND AGAIN”
Do you ever find yourself wondering what God is up to, or just sort of haphazardly looking for Him? We all experience these times, though many of us do not like to admit that we have these times of questioning. As we grow older and wiser these are the times we begin to discover and rediscover God. Discovery is an awesome on going thing and you will walk away with a desire for the pursuit enjoying your new quest of discovery (again)!
QUESTIONS, QUESTIONS AND MORE QUESTIONS???
Kathryn and Marykay use the powerful Questions that Jesus asked throughout the Bible and points them toward ourselves. Questions such has ‘Why do you harbor evil thoughts?” (Matthew 9:4) “Did not the Maker of the outside also make the inside?” (Luke 11:40) “If you love only those who love you, what credit is that to you?” (Matthew 5:46 & Luke 6:32) How do we answer those questions that He asked? If we were to do some searching within our Spirits what would we find? How can we begin to ask ourselves the question(s) that will cause us to live BIGGER and amazing lives, as Christ reveals? As you go through this amazing journey with Kathryn and Marykay, you will find answers that ignite your passions and your purpose! This is a topic that will stay with you for a life time!

How many times have you been talking to someone on the phone and you know that they aren’t listening to you because you can hear them typing an email, or it’s obvious that they are reading an email, and you have to repeat things over and over because they aren’t listening? It makes you feel a bit cut off and uncared for, doesn’t it? They end up missing out on the heartbeat of the entire conversation! Well, how often do we do the same thing to God? We need to be fully connected to Him, what a difference it will make when we have a good clear connection. Based on Col. 3:1 and John 3:5 MSG –

Individual One-On-One Guided Retreats
One of Marykay’s passions is facilitating personal one-on-one guided retreats. Beginning with a pre-retreat interview…followed by a 1 to 5 day personal guided retreat in quiet place of your choosing- for example using a nearby retreat house, bed and breakfast, resort, hotel, etc. … Followed up by a post-retreat reflection. This a profound way to enter into solitude, become quiet and rest in order to grow deeper in your intimacy with God and to unmistakably hear His voice.
Online Virtual Retreat
The Online Virtual Retreat is very much like the Individual One-On-One Guided Reteat listed above. The difference is that you will be on your own personally, however you will be guided by downloading your inspirational instructional guide for your reflection for each day. You will check in with us by phone as directed through out each day.
