Are we speaking the truth of God’s word into our circumstances, or allowing our circumstances to control our tongue? This workshop will examine biblical principles about the power of the tongue and include practical steps to see fruit in our lives through the power of our words!
About this speaker:
Heather Boersma is a Canadian Christian speaker, writer and teacher. She began her speaking ministry with the Beautiful Unique Girl tour (’05-’07) and has since spoken to thousands of youth and young adults across Canada and Australia. She is a gifted speaker and story-teller who speaks truth with humor and creativity.
Heather teaches and transparently shares life experiences that draw her and others into a deeper passion for Christ. Heather graduated with her B.A. and B.Ed and works part time as a high school English and Bible teacher. She has articles published in “SUSIE” magazine and is presently writing her first book, a 30 Day devotional entitled “Dream Big”.
Living in Winnipeg Manitoba, Heather enjoys wakeboarding with her husband Alex, having coffee with close friends and walking her energetic dog Bailey.
